In many Lagrangian-Eulerian simulations, the volume fraction of the local particle phase may not be small, and the blocking effect of the particulate phase on the carrier phase may need to be taken into account. To enable the volume displacement effect of particles, select “option = #t”.

option	Enable/disable displacement of the continuous phase due to particles.
max_vf_allowed_for_blocking	Set the maximum value for the DPM volume fraction used in the continuous flow when the volume displacement option is active.
drag_scaling_enabled	Enable/disable scaling of DPM drag coefficient due to inclusion of DPM volume fraction in continuous flow.
source_term_scaling_enabled	Enable/disable scaling of DPM source terms due to inclusion of DPM volume fraction in continuous flow.
